I specialize in a small niche in real estate know as lease purchasing. I don’t have time to explain it all here, but in a nutshell-it has little to no risk and very high rewards. What it takes is some guts, hard work (7-10 hours of consistent work per week), and some specialized knowledge. Basically, I make money by solving other people’s problems. I control great properties using very little to no money. Sellers cannot sell their homes because of the lack of qualified buyers. Buyers cannot buy because they can’t qualify for loans. We put these people together in a lease purchase solution. I will show you how to find, negotiate, and put together these deals. We will be sharing the profits for a period of time. We make money at the beginning of the deals, create cash flow every month, and have the possibility of making money on the “back end” also. I am taking on 3 people this month in the Sacramento area to join my team. I will be training you personally.
